It has long been accepted that off-site fabrication techniques enable faster and more accurate construction on site. Henley design all of our building solutions based around this philosophy, with all systems designed for rapid, dry and accurate construction when on site.

When using our light gauge steel wall systems clients benefit from a shorter build period, sacing up to 50% against traditional build programmes. This in turn leads to much reduced preliminaries, reduced costs, earlier access to the building’s income and greater certainty that the building will be delivered on time and within budget.

The combination of the rapid to erect wall panels with our composite concrete floor / ceiling cassettes provides a robust, well insulated and thermally efficient building, but in half the time of a traditional building programme.

• Our custom built rolling lines work to optimised production speed, allowing us to ramp up production as required.
• A panel can be completed every 20 minutes on each custom made jig. As we create the jigs in house, we can meet almost any production schedule.
• We can typically deliver and erect over 1000m2 of building per week – sited and weathertight - at up to 12 storeys
• Follow-on trades can start earlier on site, typically two floors below the erection level, adding to the reduction in on site build programs, and the earlier realisation of income streams.
• In some cases windows, external cladding and insulation can be factory fitted for even quicker erection on site or for when access is restricted
