Due to the bespoke nature of our construction methods, few building designs and structures cannot be built via the Henley system. Specifically designed to work in multi-storey environments on tight footprint the flexibility of the building solution ensures that every aspect of the most difficult site can be utilised, thus maximising return of investment.

When considering an off-site building solution, there have historically been concerns about the use of ‘new’ building methods. This is not something that need be a concern with the materials used in the Henley system. Having built the highest building of its type in Europe at 12 storeys, our building system far exceeds the range of timber frame construction. With the mass and solidity provided by our concrete floor cassettes our buildings retain a traditionally solid feel, but are delivered in half the time of concrete frame structures.

When considering an off-site manufacture and erection many designers consider that only repetitive, boring buildings are possible. Henley's solution is the most flexible system available, with projects completed or under construction that are;

• Triangular in shape - IQFive, Bath Row, Birmingham (project handed over)
• Designed with complex and corrugated facades - Mappin Street, Sheffield (in manufacture)
• Tapered to form a curved building - Marlborough Street, Bristol (order received, in design)

Our buildings have been designed to meet which ever fire regulations are applied, and we work with warringtonfire to ensure that our testing and development is market leading.
