Building Solutions from Henley are developed specifically for each project's requirements, but all are based around an integrated design and manufacturing process that incorporates millimetre perfect load bearing wall panels and precision engineered floor cassettes that are made with either a unique concrete cassette system or, if a lightweight construction is required, from a cement particle board / chipboard decking solution.
We ensure that we control every stage of the construction process. By rolling and cutting steel on rolling machines, before welding the sections on jigs that we laser cut to a +/- 0mm tolerance, we are not reliant upon external suppliers to ensure accuracy in our buildings. By taking the time to ensure that the sole plate is perfectly level across the site before we start the construction phase we know that the rest of the building will go together perfectly with no further measurements required. It is this attention to the process of construction that marks Henley out as different, and is the reason for continued success in the delivery of challenging projects across the UK.
